"Just a few words in reference to your engineers recent visit.  I am so pleased with the lovely job carried out on my carpet stains. Thankfully all of the stains were removed totally.  The engineer was so mannerly and friendly he also took great care and made a big effort to protect my other floors and surrounding furniture etc while maneuvering his equipment.
